Sponsorship

Program Book

If you are interested in sponsoring an event at our convention or placing an ad in our program book, please email our advertising department at advertisingastl@gmail.com.  We will have a form up on this page soon for those wishing to buy an ad in our program book.

Prize Sponsorship

We would also welcome sponsorship of prizes.  Gift cards and anime/video game-related merchandise would be great prizes that you or your company could donate to our convention.  When you donate prizes, your name will appear in the program book as a sponsor for that event, and we will announce when we hand out your prizes that you donated them.

Banner Links

If you are interested in adding a link to your website from ours, please email our advertising department at advertisingastl@gmail.com.  Attach your banner and include the URL for your website.  In exchange, we will send you our banner for you to place on your site.  We reserve the right to take down banners for sites that do not place or keep our banner on theirs.

Freebies Table

If you have any small advertising items, such as pens, fliers, or keychains, feel free to put them out on our Freebies Table in the concourse during the convention.  If you wish, you may also send us items through the mail.  Anything inappropriate (vulgar or discriminatory) will be removed from the table.
