Closing Ceremonies

There's never been a better reason to stick around on Sunday! We throw tons of candy, t-shirts, and other prizes into the audience and make you do silly things for the biggest ones.

Cosplay Wedding

The vows aren't real, but your characters can say "I do" to each other in a mass fairytale wedding complete with a cake. Presented by the Cosplay Track.

Fan Fiction Contest

FrackFic Contest

Karaoke

Sing your heart out to your friends or simply come to have some fun with karaoke favorites, from Avenue Q to ZZTop.

Masquerade

Kawa Kon's signature event, the masquerade is a showcase of great costumes and skits by our talented attendees. The masquerade has its own page where you can read more about it and fill out a pre-registration form.

Murder Mystery Tea

Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea presented by the British Invasion Track. But wait... is there crime afoot?

Opening Ceremonies

The Cosplay Track poses you and other cosplayers to imitate famous paintings and photographs.

Quidditch House Cup

As part of our British Invasion programming track, Quidditch is returning! Join us for this down-to-earth version of the wizarding world's favorite sport.

Saturday Morning Cartoons

Join us for several hours of your favorite Saturday morning cartoons.

Saturday Night Rave

The famous Kawa Kon rave features a laser light show, three DJs, and thumping music. It's an event you can't miss!

Our DJs for the Kawa Kon rave are local DJs as well as our staff sound & lighting engineer Eric Johnson, who brings his fabulous equipment and laser show.

Desert Otherworld Olympics

The Night Vale Spiderwolves and the Desert Bluffs Sunbeams go head-to-head in a baseball match. And by "baseball" we mean the series of bloody games passed down through the generations to test the strength and patience of anyone who wishes to live another day in a small desert community.

Fandom Drag Show

A cast of gender-bending characters pays tribute to your favorite fandoms with music, dance, and theater.

Hyrulian High Feast

The hero of time has saved us again, and we are holding a feast in his honor. Featuring ocarina music, a full sit-down feast, and Legend of Zelda-themed activities, this event will require an additional ticket for attendance. Information on ticket price will be coming soon.

Spike & Dru's Mad Tea Party

Two naughty little vampires have come to Sunnydale to wreck your weekend with a terrible tea party.

Starfleet Prom

Find your t'hy'la, and bring them to Starfleet Academy's night under the stars.

Light snacks from faraway worlds will be served.

Startorial Fashion Show

Show off your favorite fashion finds or handmade space-themed clothing. Prizes will be given for purchased and homemade items as well as entire "looks".

War Rig Build & Destroy Contest

We build; we destroy; we build again! Build, race, and wreck some badass miniature war rigs in this winner-take-all grab for glory.
